Using Dharma Tribe/ Sales

Gift Card/Credit

Select Gift Cards next to Pay Detail at the bottom left of the screen.  You may select Issue Gift Card, Redeem Gift Card, Lookup Gift Card - Single, or Lookup Gift Card - List.

Issue Gift Card

1. Select Issue Gift Card. A screen titled Gift Card will open.

2. Enter the last four digits from the back of a gift card into the first box under Number.

3. In the same screen, enter the amount of the gift card under Value.

4. Click OK.

Redeem Gift Cards

1. Select Redeem Gift Cards. A screen titled Redeem Gift Card will open.  

2. Enter the last four digits from the back of the gift card in the box under Number.

3. Click OK.

Lookup Gift Card - Single

1. Select Lookup Gift Card - Single. A screen titled Lookup Gift Card will open.  

2. Enter the last four digits from the back of the gift card in the box under Number.

3. Click OK.

Lookup Gift Card - List

1. Select Lookup Gift Card - List.

2. A screen will open that lists all issued gift cards.
