How to Login to your studio's
Kula Net:
Are you
already a Member at your studio?
If you are
already in the student database at your studio, (you have signed up with
them and given them your information) you do NOT need to create a
new account. Your username is the e-mail address you gave the studio,
and your password will be the one given next to the sign in fields on
your studio’s website. You can change your password after logging in for
the first time.
Note:
If you did not submit an e-mail
address upon signing up at your studio, please first contact the studio
and give them your e-mail address so that you may sign in without
duplicating your personal student record.
Not a member?
If you have not
signed up at your studio, (you have not taken any classes or given them
your information) you need to create an account. You can do this by
clicking on the 'Click Here' button next to the login fields.
This will take you to a new window where you can then enter in all of
your information.
To Modify
Your Personal Information/Change your login password:
Once you have
logged in, you can change your personal information by clicking on the
'My Account' Tab. Underneath 'Account Details' there is an
'edit' button. When you click this button it will take you to a
page where your information may be edited. You can edit your password at
the bottom where it says 'New Password.
To enroll in
a class:
Once signed in,
choose the 'Calendar' tab. Find the class you would like to
enroll in and click 'Enroll.' This will take you to a page with
the class time and information, as well as any series you have
purchased. Choose the series you would like to apply to this class and
click on it. You have now enrolled yourself in a class, and it will
automatically take a class off of your series. This also applies to
unlimited monthlies, or other payment plans.
If you have
not purchased a series:
Click on the
button that says 'Purchase new series.' This will take you to a
new page where you can choose from a list of options your studio offers.
Find the option that best suits you, and click 'add to cart' (a
button on the left side.) This will take you to your shopping cart where
you can then check out with the 'check out' button at the bottom
of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can edit your
cart, or confirm check out. When you click on check out again, it will
take you to a screen where you can enter your credit card information.
Note:
you will not be automatically enrolled in the class you initially chose,
you must go back now and enroll.
To View
Series Status:
Once signed in,
choose the 'My Account' Tab, your current series and remaining
classes will be listed under 'Status of Purchased Series.'
Purchasing a
Series:
Once signed in,
choose the 'Buy' tab. You will see a list of all available series
for purchase. Find the option that best suits you, and click 'add to
cart' (a button on the left side.) This will take you to your
shopping cart where you can then check out with the 'check out'
button at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a page where
you can edit your cart, or confirm check out. When you click on check
out again, it will take you to a screen where you can enter your credit
card information.
Enrolling in
Workshops:
Once signed in,
choose the 'Calendar' tab. Under the 'Upcoming workshops and
events' heading, choose the workshop you would like to enroll in,
and click the 'add to cart' button (on the left side).This will
take you to your shopping cart where you can then check out with the
'check out' button at the bottom of the screen. This will take you
to a page where you can edit your cart, or confirm check out. When you
click on check out again, it will take you to a screen where you can
enter your credit card information.
Note:
You will automatically be enrolled in the workshop you have just
purchased.

Q.
What If I want to cancel an online enrollment for a class?
A. This will depend on your studio's cancellation policy. Please
contact your studio to get this information.
Q.
Are transactions secure?
A. KULA NET™ has teamed up with Authorize.net to offer the
most secure payment gateway on the internet. Go to
www.Authorize.net to read more.
Q.
What happens to my credit card information?
A. By default, your credit card information is never stored.
Q.
Can classes be purchased online without a credit card?
A. The only way to purchase classes online is by credit card. If
you want to buy classes using another form of payment, please visit the
studio.
Q.
How can I view prior and future classes I've enrolled in?
A. Click on the ATTENDANCE HISTORY tab. Your attendance
history will be displayed with any future classes enrolled in at the top
of the list.
Q.
What happens if don't log out of the KULA NET™?
A. Your KULA NET™ session is active until you log out by
clicking "log out" link in the upper right portion of the page.
