Getting Started

Hosted Software

1.    Open Filemaker Pro. Select Open Existing File, then click on the Remote button.

2.    Change to Favorite Hosts.

3.    Click Add.

4.    Under Host's Internet Address, type in the server name given to you by a Dharma Tribe representative

5.    Click Save.

 Opening Hosted Software

1. Open Filemaker Pro. Select Open Existing File, then click on the Remote button
2. From left window, Single Click on dharmatribeonline.com. This action will prompt an Account Name and  Password request
3. Enter your User Account Name and password. This action will prompt the display of your data file on the right hand side, eg. "dt data_mystudio".
4. Double Click on the dt data file.
5. Repeat step 3.

Opening Hosted Software Shortcut.

1. Open Filemaker Pro. Under FILE, select Open Recent. This will display of recently opened files. double clicking the dt data file will allow you to bypass the first step and allow you to directly open the file.
2. Enter your User Account Name and password

Note: To save your Account Name as the Default so that it always populates, you may go to the Filemaker Preferences (under the "edit" menu for PC & under the Filemaker Menu for Mac) and under the GENERAL tab, type your user name into the Account Name field.
