Using Dharma Tribe / Rosters Adding Students to a Private Roster There are 2 methods for adding a student to a Private roster. 1. During the scheduling process: When you add a private schedule item you may click on the CLIENT field and select the student's name from the pop down list. 2.After the scheduling process: You may add students to Private Rosters using the same method as entering them onto class rosters. (By selecting the roster and clicking on the ADD+ button) Note: Only Private Class Products that you have associated with Private Rosters will show up as available to apply. You can add more than one student to a Private roster, although detailed information will only display for the primary student associated with the session.
