Using Dharma Tribe/ Rosters

Adding Students to a Class Roster

1.    Select the roster by clicking on the appropriate class from the Schedule

2.    Click Add+

3.    Find an existing student by typing the first few letters of the last name and select the student. (The student's birthday will also appear to delineate between two students with the same name.) Note: You must type the letters without pausing, otherwise the list will advance to the current letter you are typing. You may add a student on the fly by selecting New Student.

4.    Click Continue

5.    If the student has a series to apply, select it and click Apply. The details will display on the roster. If the student does not have a series to apply, chose either:

·          Allow to Owe (this will create an owed class that can be reconciled later)

·          Instructor or Guest

·          Free Class

·          Sell Single (creates a Quick Sale of a single class for the student)

6. If you apply a series or make a Quick Sale, you must click on the series or single class in the detail line of the Add Student screen in order to return to rosters and complete the process
