Using Dharma Tribe/Rosters Creating and Viewing Rosters A roster is automatically generated for EACH schedule item created. Class rosters will have a green theme, Events/Workshops a gold theme, Group Sessions a yellow theme, and Private Sessions a blue theme. Navigating to Rosters There are 2 ways to Navigate to Rosters: 1)You can click the Rosters button from the home screen or any other screen. This will default to the first class of the day. If you would prefer to have the default set to go to the last roster you have visited, you may set this up by going to the Dharma Tribe PREFERENCES by clicking on the text at the center of the home screen. 2)You can get to all the rosters for a given day by clicking on that date on the calendar in the SCHEDULE view. You may then enter a particular roster by clicking on the class time or instructor name. This is often the quickest way to get to a particular roster. Viewing Rosters · By clicking on the Rosters icon from the home page, you will be directed to view class rosters for Today Only · To view all rosters, select View All at the top of the page · Clicking on the Privates or Events buttons at the top of the page will only show rosters for those particular categories · Selecting List View from any roster will open a window which offers many choices for viewing and sorting rosters. Select which type of rosters to view or click All. Select Today OR enter a date range to view rosters within that period. The total number of rosters being browsed and the number of students enrolled will display at the bottom of the page. The per class attendance average for the rosters being browsed will also display. · Clicking on the Roster icon from the Student or Sales window will take you back to the roster you were last working on.
