Setting Up/ Products

Creating Class, Event, and Private Products

1. Select the Product button (yoga mats image) from any windowSelect the Class, Event, or Privates tab

2. For new products, select New
3. Enter the Category
   1. To create a new category, click on New Category
   2. Enter Abbreviation, Description, and a starting Product #
4. Enter a report category if you want your reports to include sub-categories
5. Enter Title
6. Click Generate ID. A serial # will be generated based upon the next # for any particular category
7. Enter Price
8. If you would like the price to change after a certain date, enter that info in the following two fields
9. Choose Roster type
10. Choose # of Days Valid (e.g. some studios make their passes valid for 6 months), then choose either # of Classes (e.g. 10 for a 10 class pass, 4 for a session that meets 4 times) or Unlimited for an unlimited number of classes.
