Using Dharma Tribe/ Students

Series Status/Override

To view a student's Series Status,

  1. Click on the student icon
  2. Find the student
  3. In the bottom of the main student screen, click on Series Status
  4. The Type, Start, and Expire dates will display

Clicking on a row will direct you to the related invoice.

An active series will become inactive when either all classes of a particular series have been applied or the expiration date has been exceeded. The background color will change accordingly.

Series Expiration & Credit Override,

There are a few locations where you can override a students' series by changing the expiration date, the credits used/remaining or both.

 From a Student's record

  1. Sign in as a manager
  2. From the Student Screen, select the Series Status tab.
  3. Click on ADJUST to the right of the related series
  4. A window will pop up, allowing you to change the expiration date or the number of credits the student has available.
  5. Click Return to Student Record or Rosters to finish

From The Point of Sale

  1. Sign in as a manager
  2. Create an Invoice
  3. After adding the series click on ADJUST to the right of the related series
  4. A window will pop up, allowing you to change the expiration date or the number of credits the student has available.
  5. Click Return to Sales to finish

From The Roster

  1. Sign in as a manager
  2. During the Add Student process, select the Series Status tab
  3. After adding the series click on ADJUST to the right of the related series
  4. A window will pop up, allowing you to change the expiration date or the number of credits the student has available.
  5. Click Return to Rosters to finish
