Setting Up/ Preferences

Company Information / Locations

  1. Click Preferences from the middle of the Home screen to begin
  2. In the Company Info tab, enter data into the relevant fields

Additional Locations

If you have purchased the on-line, multi-user version of Dharma Tribe, you may set up your other locations with different information by selecting New at the bottom of the Company Info tab. Make sure you enter the company name for your new location.  In addition, make sure that company name is the same as it appears for your main location.  You may also change company info related to location by selecting Edit. Click Delete to remove a location.  If you have one location, leave the location name as default.

When you log in to a particular location the invoices generated will default with that location name.

Warning: For single-location users: Changing the Company Name may result in a licensing violation.
