Targeted Email Groups

These groups are user-defined categories. Each studio can choose which categories of information or interest areas may be useful (ex. therapeutics interest, has kids, volunteer, bodyworker, etc.). Entering them in the Targeted Email Groups table will allow you to further refine your searches for specific groups of students. This information appears and can be selected under the Additional tab in the  Student Data window (Note: For these fields to be the most useful, consistent data entry is important!)

 To create your user-defined groups

1. Click on Preferences in the middle of the Home screen
2. Select the Lists tab
3. Enter up to 20 items in the table
