After clicking the "instructors" tab on your Kula net page, this screen will display the names and thumbnail pictures of  all the instructors of your choice.

Clicking on the name will navigate you to an instructor detail page which will display a with a larger photo, the upcoming schedule and any bio data you want to enter.  sample

1)To display or not.

In the instructor’s table FORM VIEW (on each instructor card) you will see a new button called “display on KN” For an instructor to be included online that must be selected “yes.”  In addition, make sure the field directly below the "display on KN," the one that says "Kula Net Link," is left completely blank and does not even have "http://www..." or anything in it. 

2) To add a photo.

Simply paste a photo into the photo area in Dharma Tribe. You can paste a photo which is larger than the area provided and it will resize.  A good practice is to  crop all of  the photos to a consistent size to keep a uniform look to your instructors page.

Here’s what we suggest:  420 (h) X 280 (W) at 72dpi. (Larger dpi pictures can slow the software down and also the page loading process of the web scheduler.)

 

3)Instructor bio.

Click on the ADDITIONAL tab in the INSTRUCTOR FORM VIEW. You will see a new text box for BIO information. If you want this to be formatted html style you or your web designer can add html tags like bold = <b>bolded text</b>

 

4)  Add the link to an e-mail or create a link on a web page.
