Restoring a roster that has been deleted by
accident.
Find
either the name or student ID of someone who was on the roster.
Go to
the “Reports” menu.
From the
“Attendance” tab, click “Create My Own.”
Enter
the name or student ID for the above student and click enter or
return. You will retrieve a list of all this student’s
attendances. From this list, you will be able to see the date
and time (and title, etc.) of the missing class. Copy down the
“Class ID” number for this class.
Go to
the calendar for the day of the deleted roster. Re-create the
class, using the same instructor, time, room, etc. but DON’T
make the class repeating. Make it a one time class for this
date only. Once the class is entered correctly, go to the
“Edit/Delete” tab for that day’s schedule. Find your new class,
and enter the “Class ID” number you found from your search
above, replacing the new “Class ID” number that was generated
when you created the new class. This will restore your deleted
roster and get rid of the blank spaces in students’ attendance
histories.
