Setting Up/ Preferences Set Up Room Names and Class Types Entering your Room names and Class Types in Preferences will enable them to pop up automatically when you start to enter your schedule. 1. In Preferences, go to the Lists tab. 2. If you have multiple rooms at your studio, enter their names under Rooms and their capacity under “max.” When entering your schedule the maximum occupancy will default with this number. 3.
