Adding Students to Sessions
There
are two ways to enter a student onto a Session:
1.
Auto Enroll -
When you sell a student an Event product for which an Event
Product ID has been set up, you will receive the prompt:
"Automatically enroll student in workshop?" Select OK to
add the student to the Event roster. (The Event must first be
entered on the schedule.)
2.
Manual Enroll -
Follow the same steps as in Class enrollment. (Note: Only Event
products set up to "Use for Event Rosters" will be available) If
Maximum # of registrants has been exceeded a "Max Enrollment
Exceeded" Warning will appear. If you add the student anyway,
they will be waitlisted.
