Getting Started Using Menu Items Most Tables can will default to a FORM view of the data and can also be viewed as a LIST. The FORM view will give you a screen featuring one record; the LIST view will show you several records at once. The Menu Commands for the FORM view will look like this:
You can scroll through the records by using the advance Arrows. On each page there is a FIND button which will put you into the FIND MODE By selecting ALL, you will return to BROWSE MODE , browsing all of the records. The LIST button will allow you to view browsed data as a List. To Create a new record click NEW To Delete a record select DELETE. Note: When deleting a record you will get a confirmation message asking if you really want to delete the record. |
